A Thought For Today

I do not usually post at the weekend but I was unable to yesterday as my computer was not working! So for today I just wanted to share a bible verse that is on my calendar for today. This verse really touched my heart as I read it.

"Behold the fowls of the air;for they sow not,neither do they reap,nor gather into barns;yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?"
                                            Matthew 6:26



This verse reminds me to soar with the joy of an eagle into the heart of God, knowing that He provides,watches over and delights in our flight! What an amazing and comforting thought!

    Great scripture Linda, thanks for sharing it. I have enjoyed viewing your garden photos too, it's very pretty. What is the name of the small blue flowers? The peonies are a gorgeous color.
